Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 2026

By placing a reservation with Bounce Westminster (“Company”), you (“Customer” or “Lessee”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Reservation and Payment
    A reservation is not guaranteed until any required deposit has been received.

Remaining balances are due before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable once the rental date is reserved, except when Bounce Westminster cancels due to unsafe weather or another issue caused by the Company.

  1. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup
    Bounce Westminster will deliver, set up, and remove all rental equipment at the agreed location.
  • Adequate access to the setup area.
  • A level setup surface free of hazards.
  • Access to a standard electrical outlet.
  • All pets secured during delivery and pickup.
  • The Customer may not move, relocate, alter, or tamper with any inflatable after setup.
  1. Adult Supervision Required
    The Customer is solely responsible for supervising all participants during the rental period.

An adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times.

  • Safety Rules
    Remove shoes.
    No food or drinks.
    No sharp objects.
    No roughhousing.
    Group riders by age and size.
    Follow all safety instructions.
  • Weather Policy
    Inflatables must not be used during:
  • Winds of 15 mph or greater
  • Lightning or thunderstorms
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Bounce Westminster reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unsafe weather.
  1. Damage to Equipment
    Silly String
    Face Paint
    Confetti
    Glitter
    Fireworks
    Open Flames
    Pets
    Water on Dry Units
    Repair, cleaning, and replacement charges may apply.
  2. Equipment Condition
    Equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Damage Fees:

The Customer may be responsible for the following charges if applicable:

  • Non-returned inflatable: $1,500
  • Silly string damage: $1,500
  • Puncture or tear repair: $200 minimum
  • Water damage to dry-use equipment: $200 minimum
  • Excessive cleaning: charged based on condition
  1. Assumption of Risk
    Inflatable amusement devices involve inherent risks of injury. Customers assume all risks associated with equipment use.
  2. Release of Liability
    Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Bounce Westminster from claims arising from equipment use or failure to supervise participants.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    Maximum liability shall not exceed the rental amount paid.
  4. Right to Refuse Service
    Bounce Westminster reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove equipment due to unsafe conditions.
  5. Agreement
    By booking, paying for, or accepting delivery of equipment, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
